On December 3–4, 2025, the All-Russian Personnel Forum will be held at VDNKh, the main venue for discussing the future of the Russian labor market. It will bring together representatives of federal and regional government agencies, major employers, the HR community, universities, and industry associations and unions.

The forum will open with a plenary session featuring federal government leaders, where key labor market trends for the next seven years will be presented for the first time.

"The All-Russian Personnel Forum is part of the national 'Personnel' project and is timed to coincide with the results of the All-Russian 'Best in Profession' professional skills competition. A meeting of the Presidential Council for Professional Qualifications will be held on the sidelines of the forum. It will present the key trends we are seeing in preparing our seven-year personnel needs forecast. Industry agencies, regional teams, and employers will gather at the forum. This will serve as a kind of year-end summary for the labor market, a platform where we can share our visions for the future," noted Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister and Chair of the Organizing Committee of the 'Best in Profession' competition.

The All-Russian Personnel Forum is also designed for young people. Schoolchildren and students will be able to receive career guidance, try their hand at in-demand professions of the future, and receive assistance from career consultants.

"The two-day business program consists of 40 events. The forum will discuss issues related to industry-specific staffing, continuing education, and, of course, youth engagement. Under current circumstances, our primary talent pool is young people. Developing a talent pool is a pressing issue for virtually every large company. Therefore, a separate section of the business program for HR specialists is dedicated to this very topic," noted Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov.

The business program will bring together representatives of Russia's largest companies—leaders in IT, manufacturing, transportation, agriculture, and other industries. The forum will discuss issues such as the interaction between government, business, and education amid the growing economic demand for talent; labor market regulation; and the alignment of educational programs and graduate training with employer needs.

The discussion will also cover practical issues, such as effectively recruiting qualified employees, attracting workers to specific industries, promoting blue-collar jobs, employee motivation tools, and more. Leading HR experts will share best practices in HR policy and effective tools for internal communications and corporate programs.

The business program is available on the forum's website. Ahead of the forum, the winners of the All-Russian Professional Skills Competition "Best in Profession" will be awarded at the Kremlin on December 2.

The remote stage of the All-Russian "More Than a Journey" award, a program run by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), has concluded. The expert council has selected the finalists who will continue their participation in the in-person stage on November 16 in Moscow.

The correspondence stage of the All-Russian "More Than a Journey" award has been completed.

"The 'More Than a Journey' Award has confirmed its nationwide status. Nearly 8,000 applications were submitted from across the country. The award brings together those who, through travel across our vast Motherland, help instill spiritual and moral values, a sense of patriotism, and love for their country in young Russians. Applicants include students and teachers, museums and large industrial enterprises, tour guides, and representatives of the tourism and hospitality industries. The wide audience's interest in the award demonstrates the great potential of educational work with young people through educational tourism trips," noted Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The authors of applications for the award included entrepreneurs, tour operators, and specialists in the field of youth policy and patriotic education.

"Seventy-two finalists have reached the final round of the All-Russian 'More Than a Journey' Prize. Their initiatives were selected by experts in absentia. The projects presented include patriotic routes, tours of industrial plants and nuclear cities, and media projects that reveal the distinctive character of cities and the unique cultural codes of their regions. The finalists will now present their projects in person, after which the best authors will be selected. In addition to expert assessments, the results of a public vote, which will begin in November, will be taken into account when determining the winners. The names of all the laureates will be announced on December 24 at the awards ceremony at the National Center "Russia," said Grigory Gurov, Head of Rosmolodezh.

The nominees were evaluated by experts based on general and category-specific criteria. The participants with the highest scores advanced to the finals.

An important part of the finalists' preparation for the in-person defense of their initiatives is the educational component: participants participate in online lectures and master classes from the Rosmolodezh leadership, media industry leaders, business leaders, and public organizations. The finalists learn about effective communications, attracting tourists, personal branding, and working with public initiatives.

The RosPatriotCenter of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs held a webinar for award nominees on the topic "Meaningful Tourism: How to Foster Patriots Through Travel." Participants discussed how traveling around the country helps young people discover Russia's history and culture and strengthen their sense of pride in their homeland. In 2025, the RosPatriotCenter of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the "More Than a Journey" program organized a patriotic tourism camp for youth on Shumshu Island, where participants learned about the legendary Kuril Landing Operation.

The finalists also participated in other themed master classes and presentations by invited experts on the educational platform. All subscribers of the "More Than a Journey" program community on VKontakte can watch the webinar broadcasts.

The full list of finalists is published onofficial website of the awardA separate ranking of the top 50 participants in the "More Than a Traveler" category will be available. Any questions regarding participation can be submitted via the feedback form on the awards website, by email to premia@morethantrip.ru, or by calling customer support at 8 (800) 444–80–63.

Since 2025, the Rosmolodezh program "More than a Journey" has become part of the federal project "We Are Together (Raising a Harmoniously Developed Personality)" of the national project "Youth and Children."

"The Rosmolodezh grant competition provides extensive support for the social initiatives of our youth. Since 2025, it has been part of the national project 'Youth and Children,' which is being implemented at the direction of President Vladimir Putin. Following an expert evaluation, 394 projects will receive grants totaling approximately 200 million rubles. The winners include initiatives to develop innovative solutions such as 3D modeling technologies, create creative spaces and art workshops, and conduct family educational tours and sporting events for children and adolescents in difficult life situations. I congratulate the young people and wish them success in implementing their ideas.
