The competition included three static exercises: the "Boat," "Plank," and "Chair." Participants performed each exercise for as long as possible, filmed it, and sent it to the organizers. Results were determined separately for boys and girls based on the combined time for all three exercises.

NSU athletes are prize winners of the "King of strong!" tournament

The annual All-Russian "King of Strong!" strength sports tournament took place, with NSU and SUNC students winning 12 medals, and two women achieving the Master of Sports standard! The program included competitions in powerlifting, powerlifting, various bench presses, and armlifting, and attracted over 500 athletes from 27 cities in 14 regions of Russia, as well as guests from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.

Our students demonstrated excellent results in various weight categories and events.

The All-Russian Aerobics of Siberia competition concluded at the NSTU Sports Palace. More than 600 athletes from 19 regions of the country participated.

NSU skiers took third place in the regional relay race

NSU fencers win prizes at elite competitions

Two major epee fencing tournaments were held in Novosibirsk, in which three of our students performed brilliantly and won several medals.

At the Siberian Federal District Junior Championships for U21s, Artem Tsaplin (GGF) and Mikhail Trofimov (MMF) took second place as part of the Novosibirsk Region team. Artem won the bronze medal in the individual competition.

And at the All-Russian Masters competition, Oleg Tsyplakov (FF) took 1st place, brilliantly winning the final match with a score of 15:13.

The swimming competition, part of the NSU Spartakiad and the Freshman Spartakiad, was held at the pool. Students from nine faculties and institutes, as well as students from the VKI, participated. The program included individual swims for boys and girls in the 50-meter freestyle and a mixed 4×50-meter freestyle relay.

The third annual interregional Ultimate Frisbee tournament was held in the sports complex in the hall "Bump-2025"NSU team with an interesting name"Research Institute There" hosted guests from all over Siberia – from Omsk, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Irkutsk. The competition featured rare organizational achievements: game statistics were collected in real time during the match and, as prepared graphics, were broadcast live from two cameras simultaneously.

NSU athletes not only organized the tournament at the highest level, but also performed well, winning four of the six games and earning "Spirit of the Game" medals.

Results of the regional inter-university Faculty Festival

This year, the Novosibirsk Region's Festival of Higher Education Institutions' Faculties was held for the 20th time. It was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of NSTU-NETI and was held for the first time as part of the "UniverLeague of Regions" project under the auspices of the Russian Student Sports Union "Burevestnik."

The Festival program included seven sports: table tennis, volleyball (women's and men's), 3×3 basketball (women's and men's), futsal, chess, tug-of-war, swimming, and track and field (women's and men's). More than 500 participants from 14 universities took part in the competition.
