In the Donetsk People's Republic and Zaporizhia Oblast, Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev met with defenders of the Motherland participating in a special military operation. At his direction, another shipment of weapons, uniforms, and vehicles was delivered to Russian army commanders and service members, including those stationed in the Far East, on the front lines.

Gennady Krasnikov reported that the Scientific and Technical Council of the Scientific and Technical Revolution Commission carefully reviewed the draft strategy: "It provides for truly priority research, including the development of neural interfaces, the use of artificial intelligence, the creation of biocompatible materials, and other important studies. Furthermore, it provides for the integration of medical organizations with leading scientific organizations, and a detailed review of human resources policies is underway. Thanks to the agency's close collaboration with Motorika, fundamentally new technologies have been developed and are already being implemented: biocompatible implants, innovative methods for combating phantom pain, prosthetic sensing systems and bionic prostheses, and neuromicroprocessor interfaces. At a strategic session chaired by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the status of the implementation of the unified digital platform "GosTech" was discussed. It functions as a platform for the development and operation of government information systems (GIS).

During the event, the platform's updated operating format, "GosTech 2.0," was presented. Its key advantages will include fully automated procedures for ordering government information systems, as well as the creation of a competitive environment by incorporating IT solutions from various Russian developers into the platform.

"GosTech 2.0 will allow us to create new services faster and easier and ensure a high level of security. Our goal is to make government digital solutions as efficient and convenient as possible for citizens and businesses," said Dmitry Grigorenko.

He recalled that the GosTech project was launched in 2020. The platform was designed based on the best technical solutions available at the time. Currently, the development of the unified digital GosTech platform involves the integration of modern technologies to improve efficiency and automate the development of government services.

Thus, within the framework of the platform, it is planned to create a special cluster for working with large language models and implementing artificial intelligence in government services.

The platform's development is part of a larger-scale change in the government's approach to managing the state IT infrastructure.
