The project of the State University of Management "Scientific, methodological and practical foundations for the development and application of digital and intelligent technologies to ensure sustainable development of the regions of the Russian Federation, including remote and hard-to-reach areas of Siberia, the Far East and the Arctic zone", which was previously supported in the competition for the creation of new youth laboratories within the framework of the federal project "Development of human capital in the interests of regions, industries and the research and development sector" of the national project "Science and Universities", successfully passed the budget commission.
The methods, algorithms and solutions proposed in the project received positive assessments during the examination at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Russian Academy of Sciences. The laboratory of digital and intelligent technologies for the development of the territories of the Russian Federation will operate on the basis of the Research Institute of Public Policy and Management of the Sectoral Economy of the State University of Management.
The key tasks that will be solved by the youth laboratory team:
research into remote sensing technologies using unmanned aerial vehicles; development of a concept for the technology of energy-saving systems for the transportation, distribution, use and storage of energy in difficult Arctic conditions.
The research results will be presented at leading international conferences in Russia and abroad, and will also be used in preparing publications in leading scientific journals.
“During the implementation of the project, young scientists, students and employees of the State University of Management will analyze and systematize current scientific and technical problems, as well as study existing and promising digital and intelligent technologies that can be applied for the sustainable development of the regions of the Russian Federation,” shared the head of the laboratory, associate professor of the Department of Innovation Management of the State University of Management Denis Serdechny.
Let us recall that in 2024, two projects of the State University of Management became winners of the competitive selection of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia for the creation of new youth laboratories. The Laboratory of Reverse Engineering, headed by the Director of the Center for Management of Engineering Projects Vladimir Filatov, received funding in 2024 (the first year of the project was successfully completed). Funding for the Laboratory of Digital and Intelligent Technologies for the Development of Territories of the Russian Federation begins in 2025.
The new laboratory will be integrated into the general engineering ecosystem of the GUU, in which various research projects are currently being implemented: a fundamental study is carried out “Fundamentals of managing the technological processes of reverse engineering in solving comprehensive import substitution in the transport industry of the Russian Federation”, a large scientific project in the field of agricultural industry is performed in the field of agricultural industry the complex, the development and substantiation of approaches to the planning and implementation of the implementation, deployment, and the organization of the use of autonomous unmanned systems, robotics complexes, and infrastructure communication networks, navigation, observation and control that ensure the operation of such systems and complexes, with the specified regulations of the safety and the movement of complexes, and the probability of functional tasks, as well as also the probability of functional tasks, are carried out. Projects are being implemented under the Rosgeotech EVERY FORECTIC School: “Formation of the interactive map of geothermal resources of Russia – Geomap” and “Development of equipment, software and infrastructure of unmanned aviation systems, mobile and technological robotic complexes, as well as methods and technologies for their use in the oil and gas industry (ABRIS)”. In addition, on the basis of the State Unitary Enterprise, the Student Design Bureau “Innovative Solutions” operates, there is a training laboratory for the aircraft, shipbuilding and innovative transport industry in terms of automated development of management programs and studying the basics of work on the CNC system for machine -based technological groups.
