Ruslan Talipov graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics at the Polytechnic University in 2007. This year marks 61 years since Vladimir Viktorovich Glukhov first entered the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute named after M. I. Kalinin. He enrolled in the Physics and Mechanics Department and, after graduation, was assigned to stay at his alma mater.
