Washington, October 25 (Xinhua) — Kirill Dmitriev, Special Presidential Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries, will meet with Steve Witkoff, President Donald Trump's Special Envoy for the Middle East, in Miami, Florida, on Saturday. The meeting comes days after Donald Trump canceled planned talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Budapest, Hungary, and the US Treasury Department announced sanctions against Russia's largest oil companies, Rosneft and Lukoil, in an effort to pressure a ceasefire agreement in Ukraine.
