New Delhi, October 24 (Xinhua) — A bus crashed into a motorcycle and caught fire on Friday in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, killing at least 20 people and injuring several others, local officials said.

The bus caught fire on the road near Chinna Tekur village in Karnool district.

According to police, the bus, traveling from Hyderabad to Bengaluru, caught fire immediately after the collision. It was carrying 42 passengers.
