Moscow, October 23 (Xinhua) — The Russian Foreign Ministry considers the US Treasury Department's decision to impose unilateral restrictive measures against Russian oil companies Rosneft and Lukoil to be counterproductive. This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova during a briefing on Thursday.
According to her, the Russian Foreign Ministry considers this decision entirely counterproductive, including in terms of signaling a consensus in the Ukrainian conflict.
