In the Danilovsky district in the south of the capital, construction of a house under the renovation program has begun. Its total area will exceed 15.5 thousand square meters. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital's Department of Urban Development Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The building is being erected at the address: Velozavodskaya Street, land plot No. 2, on the site of the vacated house 2, building 2.
“In the Danilovsky district, construction of a house has begun
renovation program for 176 apartments. It will fit into the existing development and infrastructure, providing future residents with a comfortable urban environment. Nearby are educational, medical institutions, shopping centers, metro stations "Dubrovka" and "Avtozavodskaya", as well as the stations of the same name of the Moscow Central Circle. At present, the excavation of the pit and installation of sheet pile fencing are being completed at the site, and the foundation slab is being installed," noted Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The building will have four elevators, two of which will connect the underground parking with the residential levels. The ground floor will house a spacious lobby, a concierge room and a stroller room, while the rooms with a separate entrance will be able to accommodate pharmacies, shops, cafes or other commercial facilities.

Mosgosstroynadzor issued a permit for the construction of a facility under the renovation program on a land plot of almost 0.4 hectares. The developer has already sent a notice to the committee about the start of work on the site, after which inspectors have drawn up a program of on-site inspections. During these events, the quality of work and materials will be assessed to meet the requirements of the design documentation and the architectural and urban planning solution," added the chairman of the capital's State Construction Supervision Committee Anton Slobodchikov.
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin spoke about resettlement under the renovation program in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki.
The program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about a million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Sergei Sobyanin ordered to increase the pace of implementation of the renovation program intwice.
