BEIJING, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) — Liu Haixing, director of the International Liaison Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met in Beijing on Friday with a delegation of senior cadres of the Sri Lankan People's Liberation Front (SPLF) led by Bimal Ratnayake, a member of the Politburo of the CPC and Minister of Transport, Roads, Ports and Civil Aviation of Sri Lanka.
