Cairo, Oct. 9 (Xinhua) — The agreement covering all provisions and mechanisms for implementing the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire deal will come into force on Thursday at 12:00 local time (09:00 GMT), Egypt's Al-Qahera News television channel reported.
