BEIJING, October 3 (Xinhua) — In 2024, a total of 2,249 delegations organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) visited 102 countries and regions worldwide, where they learned about local situations and conducted business negotiations, according to the committee. This equates to an average of six Chinese business delegations traveling abroad every day for business.

Since the beginning of 2025, the CCSRMT has approved 1,623 overseas exhibition projects, with a total exhibition area of 950,000 square meters, according to a statement from CCSRMT official representative Wang Guannan.

According to her, 970 such projects have been implemented to date, involving 64 exhibition organizers and 51 countries. Their total exhibition space amounted to almost 500,000 square meters, and more than 34,000 companies participated.

In addition, following the publication of research reports on the business environment in key countries and regions such as the EU, the US, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the UK, Australia and ASEAN in 2024, the CCSRM will, starting this year, successively publish reports on the business environment in emerging markets, including Brazil, Mexico and South Africa.

“The KCSRMT will expand its service offerings and improve its service platform to provide efficient, convenient, and high-quality comprehensive services to enterprises so that they can participate in international cooperation and competition,” Wang Guannan concluded. -0-
