The final round of the "Bright City" urban design competition took place at the Moscow Palace of Pioneers. The finalists, along with professional artists and guests, painted a three-dimensional sign proclaiming "Moscow – a Bright City." The "Bright City" urban design competition is part of the larger "ARTeria" project, which supports Moscow's creative youth. Now in its second year, it brings together over 10,000 schoolchildren. Participants can showcase their talent in creative competitions, attend master classes, and other events.

This summer, three sports and patriotic camps opened for Moscow schoolchildren in the Moscow region. They were named after famous Soviet marshals. Camp "Zhukov" was located on the grounds of the Alabino training ground, Camp "Rokossovsky" was located in Patriot Park, and Camp "Vasilevsky" was located at the Noginsk Rescue Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. Over the summer, more than 4,600 schoolchildren from Moscow spent time relaxing and learning in six two-week sessions.

The Moscow Department of Education and Science, in collaboration with the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, developed the camp programs. The students studied engineering, tactics, topography, firefighting, first aid, and navigation skills. During their free time, the teenagers enjoyed a field kitchen, film screenings, and creative workshops. They also participated in sports competitions and various festivals.
