In recent years, to support young entrepreneurs, Beijing's Fengtai District has utilized several old factories and plants on Yuquanying Road to transform several industrial parks, including Zijiamiao Innovation Park and the 10th Line Creative Park, forming a "Youth Innovation Village." Through close collaboration between the government, universities, and businesses, the parks provide young entrepreneurs with a platform to implement projects in technology services and cultural creativity.

Currently, the Youth Innovation Village is home to 316 cultural and technology enterprises, becoming a vibrant “hub for young innovators.”
