The city has put more than 1,100 square meters of real estate in the Central Administrative District up for auction. This was reported by Ekaterina Solovieva, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital's Department of City Property.

The two premises are combined into one lot, they are located in a building on Friedrich Engels Street (house 23, building 3The total area of the properties is 226.8 square meters. These are premises in the historic building "German Market, 19th – early 20th centuries: residential building of the Yakovlevs, V.E. Trusov with shops, 1837, second half of the 19th century."

Another premises with an area of 212.9 square meters is located on Arbat Street (house 30/3, building 2). It is located in a cultural heritage site of regional significance – the monument “The House in Which the Artist S.V. Ivanov Lived and Worked in the 1910s.”

The third lot is a 686.2 square meter space in the regional cultural heritage site "Houses of Free Apartments, early 20th century, architect I.P. Mashkov." It is located on Protopopovsky Lane (house 19, building 8).

Buyers are required to carry out work to preserve the property, coordinating it with the capital Department of Cultural Heritage, and continue to operate the premises in accordance with security obligations.

According to Dmitry Ryabov, General Director of the City Property Management Center, the deadline for accepting bids for properties on Arbat Street and Friedrich Engels Street is September 30, and for Protopopovsky Lane, October 2. The auction dates are October 10 and 14, respectively. Anyone can participate.
