Since 2025, resettlement of residents from dilapidated housing has been carried out under the national project "Infrastructure for Life." Applications for the new phase of the program have been approved from Primorsky Krai, Chelyabinsk, Amur, Bryansk, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Omsk, Orenburg, Saratov, and Tula Oblasts. This was announced by Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Territorial Development Fund.

The Territorial Development Fund has approved corresponding applications totaling approximately 3.74 billion rubles. The plan is to relocate approximately 77,000 square meters, thereby improving the living conditions of 4,400 people. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Kaluga Region has been approved for funding in the amount of 126.2 million rubles to resettle 760 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 9,610 square meters, the Saratov Region for 743.5 million rubles to resettle 730 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 13,500 square meters, the Chelyabinsk Region for 457.5 million rubles to resettle 628 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 11,000 square meters, the Amur Region for 964.9 million rubles to resettle 534 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 11,300 square meters, and the Orenburg Region for 342.7 million rubles to resettle 533 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 8,720 square meters.

In addition, Primorsky Krai will receive 451.8 million rubles to resettle 366 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 7,800 square meters, Tula Oblast will receive 360.2 million rubles to resettle 360 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 7,100 square meters, Ivanovo Oblast will receive 132.5 million rubles to resettle 237 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 3,600 square meters, Lipetsk Oblast will receive 74.4 million rubles to resettle 151 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 2,000 square meters, Omsk Oblast will receive 64.5 million rubles to resettle 80 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 1,600 square meters, and Bryansk Oblast will receive 23.1 million rubles to resettle 30 people from dilapidated buildings with an area of 0,460 square meters.

As part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life," it is planned to relocate 345,000 citizens from dilapidated housing covering an area of 6.2 million square meters by 2030.
