The 11th Russian Forum "Microelectronics 2025" will be held from September 21 to 27 at the Sirius University of Science and Technology.
The Microelectronics Forum has been held annually since 2015 and has established itself as Russia's premier communications platform for a wide range of strategic issues related to the scientific and technological development of the micro- and radio-electronics industry, the creation and application of electronic components and hardware and software systems, the implementation of strategic scientific, technical, industrial, and innovation projects, the regulatory framework and standardization, the creation of a digital economy, and ensuring the country's security and technological sovereignty.
The Russian Microelectronics Forum in 2025 was included in the plan of events for the Decade of Science and Technology, declared by presidential decree to strengthen the role of science and technology in addressing the most important development challenges for society and the country.
As in the previous year, the forum is being held on the eve of a professional holiday– Electronic Industry Worker's Day, which was introduced by Government Resolution No. 418 of April 3, 2024.
More than 3,500 specialists from thousands of companies and organizations registered for the Microelectronics 2025 forum.

The forum's main event is the scientific conference "Electronic Electronics and Microelectronic Modules," which will feature 13 scientific and technical sections, featuring over 1,000 scientific reports.
The forum's business program includes over 40 events. Particular attention is paid to the development of the digital economy in Russia, the formation of a regulatory framework, the development of electronic components (ECBs), including for critical infrastructure, the development of production capacities, and the release of finished products.
Representatives of government agencies, businesses, and educational and scientific institutions will take part in the business program.
Thus, scientific organizations (NIIME, INME RAS, IPPM RAS, ONIT RAS, NRNU MEPhI, NRC Kurchatov Institute, MIET, etc.), government agencies (Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia, FSTEC, etc.), state corporations (Rosatom, Roscosmos, Rostec, etc.), industry enterprises (GC Element, JSC Mikron, FGAU CIT, OOO NM-Tech, etc.), funds (FPI, RSF), as well as Russian Railways and Sberbank have already confirmed their participation.
More than 120 exhibiting companies will present their developments in the exhibition area of the Microelectronics 2025 forum, which this year covers 2,000 square meters.
Participation in the forum by specialists from various industries facilitates the establishment of a full-fledged dialogue between developers of electronic components, manufacturers of finished products, and government agencies in these areas, which directly contributes to the active development of Russia's digital economy.
