On September 15, 2025, the application process began for studying in Russia in the 2026/2027 academic year within the Russian Government quota.
A foreign citizen wishing to study under a quota must:
register in the state information system "Education in the Russian Federation for Foreigners" (GIS "ORFI") on the portal HTTPS: // EDUCATION-IN-RUSIA.Kom/
fill out the form;
attach a photograph, scanned copies of your passport and educational document (or certificate of the period of study);
Submit the completed application form through the ORFI GIS, transferring the electronic application to the “pending verification” status.
