Since the beginning of the renovation program, 66 residential complexes have been built in the Eastern Administrative District. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.

"In 12 districts of the Eastern Administrative District, since the beginning of the renovation program, 66 buildings with a total living area of 1.1 million square meters have been built. More than 19 thousand apartments have been equipped in them, each of which has an improved finish. Comprehensive improvements have been carried out near the new buildings: children's and sports playgrounds, recreation areas have been created, trees and shrubs have been planted, lawns and flower beds have been laid out. In total, 1,062 buildings in the east of the capital have been included in the renovation program; more than 209 thousand Muscovites will receive new apartments," said Vladimir Efimov.

For the convenience of residents, all residential complexes are built on the principle of a barrier-free environment. The entrances of new buildings have spacious vestibules and elevator halls located on one level, without steps. There are also pram rooms and concierges, as well as wide corridors.

Pedestrian paths in the courtyards are designed to be convenient for both parents with strollers and children, as well as Muscovites with limited mobility.

"Since the beginning of the renovation program, 13 apartment buildings have been built in the Perovo district, with a total of more than 2.4 thousand apartments designed there. And in Severnoye Izmailovo, there are 11 new buildings, with a total of 3.6 thousand apartments equipped. All residential complexes have been built from high-quality materials using modern energy-efficient technologies in accordance with the high standards of the renovation program," added the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy
