Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order to reappoint Andrey Dutov as General Director of the National Research Center "N.E. Zhukovsky Institute" for a five-year term.

Andrey Dutov was born in 1964 in Moscow.

In 1986 he graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute. After completing his studies and military service, he worked in the banking sector.

In 2004, he transferred to work at the Federal Agency for Industry, where he held the positions of head of department, deputy head and head of the department.

From 2010 to 2012, he was the First Deputy General Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after Professor N.E. Zhukovsky”.

In 2012–2014, he headed the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Krylov State Research Center” in St. Petersburg.

In 2014–2015, he held the post of Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Since 2015, he has been the General Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Research Center “N.E. Zhukovsky Institute”.
