BEIJING, Sept. 10 (Xinhua) — A Chinese-Uzbek investment project presentation was held at the Xiamen International Convention Center in east China's Fujian Province on Tuesday.
Vice Chairman of the People's Government of Fujian Province Wang Jinfu attended the event and delivered a speech.
Recently, with the deepening alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Uzbekistan 2030 strategy, exchanges between Fujian Province and Uzbekistan have become more frequent. According to the official website of the Fujian Provincial Administration, Uzbekistan has become the second largest trading partner of this province in Central Asia. At the same time, this country also occupies a leading position in the Central Asian region in terms of the volume of investments attracted from Fujian Province.
The presentation presented the investment environment of Uzbekistan, and discussed the country's development opportunities and investment projects.
