Thus, following the results of an open auction, a company was determined to which the city leased 0.67 hectares of land in the Nekrasovka district at a rate of one ruble per year. The contract was concluded for five years – this is the period during which the construction of the facility must be completed," said Vladimir Efimov.
The land plot is located near Transportnaya Street at the intersection of Projected Drives No. 83 and 4296.
"On the instructions of Sergei Sobyanin and in connection with the high need to create industrial infrastructure, the city is holding tenders for the right to implement large-scale investment projects in various areas of the capital. Thus, a modern enterprise with an area of more than 5.3 thousand square meters will appear in Nekrasovka, where they will locate factories for the production of automobile, construction and other industrial products," noted the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry
The investor will be able to determine the purpose of the production himself, based on the approved types of permitted use of the site.

Previously, another company was allocated 0.86 hectares in Novokosino near Saltykovskaya Street and Nikolsko-Arkhangelsky Proezd. Here, the developer will be able to place an industrial park with an area of 14 thousand square meters.
