The construction of the first specialized food technology park in the capital, Ryabinovaya 44, has been completed in the Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye district. The facility was built in the west of the city under a program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.

"On the instructions of Sergei Sobyanin, modern industrial infrastructure is being consistently developed in the capital. Technopark "Ryabinovaya, 44" will be the first specialized facility in the city that was created specifically for food industry enterprises. Already at the stage of completion of construction, more than 70 percent of the space has been booked by tenants. The emergence of the technopark is an important contribution to strengthening the industrial potential of the capital and the development of a specialized cluster of the food industry," added Maxim Liksutov.

The key feature of the technology park is its specialization in meeting the needs of public catering establishments, including factory kitchens, dark kitchens, catering companies and restaurants.

"The program for stimulating the creation of employment opportunities plays a key role in the development of the city's economy, allowing for the formation of new centers for business events and the creation of modern jobs for city residents. The food technology park "Ryabinovaya, 44" occupies an area of almost 15 thousand square meters. After commissioning, over 200 new jobs will appear here," noted the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy

Anatoly Garbuzov.

The architectural and technical solutions of the complex fully comply with modern requirements of the food industry.

The entire construction cycle of the technology park was carried out under the supervision of the Committee for State Construction Supervision of the City of Moscow (Mosgosstroynadzor), the chairman of the department noted Anton Slobodchikov. According to him, during this period, a total of 11 control and supervision events took place: inspectors checked the quality of construction work, finishing, installation of engineering systems and completed landscaping. Based on the results of the final inspection, the committee issued a conclusion on the compliance of the facility with the approved design solutions.

The project is being implemented by a full-cycle industrial developer with the support of the Moscow Government, which has made it possible to reduce construction time.

Its implementation is an important step in the development of Moscow's urban infrastructure, added Pavel Nesmachny, CEO of the developer company. The technology park will meet the city's needs for modern premises for food production that meet all regulatory requirements. Convenient transport accessibility will allow residents to quickly deliver fresh finished products to the end consumer.

The program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities has been implemented since 2020 and has covered almost all areas of the city. Investors will build more than 230 facilities with a total area of over six million square meters. Among them are new industrial enterprises, office and shopping centers, educational, cultural and sports institutions.

In total, over 2.2 trillion rubles will be invested in the development of the city and the creation of employment opportunities, which will create more than 310 thousand new jobs in almost all sectors of the city’s economy.
