About two thousand special QR codes have appeared in buses of commercial carriers operating on capital routes under state contracts. With their help, passengers can rate a trip or share their opinion on the work of urban ground transport.

"We continue to improve the quality of passenger service, as instructed by Sergei Sobyanin. Commercial carriers' buses now have QR codes with the ability to rate the trip and share opinions on the operation of ground transport. Now the survey can be taken on all buses and electric buses in the city – in total, we have placed 18 thousand QR codes. We ask passengers to participate – all responses will be taken into account when further improving the route network," said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry

Maxim Liksutov.

To use the QR code, point your phone camera at it and follow the link. A questionnaire will open, with which you can answer questions about traveling by bus or electric bus, tell about the route from home to the stop, and also evaluate the route and suggest adjusting the route network.

The city is systematically collecting feedback from ground transportation passengers. The survey is open-ended and can be completed at any time. Based on the data received, specialists improve the capital's transportation.

Earlier, in the north-east of the capital, special QR codes were placed at 40 stops in a pilot mode. With their help, passengers can go to a page with a questionnaire and leave a review of their trip on ground transport, as well as their suggestions. The same QR codes are already in the entire fleet of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans.
