The project for planning the territory in the Kotlovka district with an area of 3.91 hectares has been approved. The corresponding resolution was signed by Sergei Sobyanin.
On the site bounded by Remizova and Nagornaya streets, Nagorny Boulevard and Sevastopolsky Prospekt, according to the program of integrated development of territories, it is planned to build a modern educational building, which will become part of school No. 626 named after N.I. Sats.
The 28,000 square meter building will provide comfortable and safe space for two thousand schoolchildren. The street and road network will be updated to provide convenient access to the educational building. In particular, the intra-block driveway from Nagorny Boulevard will be reconstructed and parking spaces will be organized.
In addition, it is planned to improve and green the area, as well as create pedestrian zones and driveways.
