A decision was made on the comprehensive development of three non-residential development sites with a total area of 73.62 hectares in the Presnensky district of the Central Administrative District and the Khoroshevsky district of the Northern Administrative District. The corresponding resolution was signed by Sergei Sobyanin.
The reorganized areas are located along Zvenigorodskoe Shosse, between 3rd Magistralnaya Street and the Third Transport Ring. Currently, the territory houses outdated warehouses, administrative buildings and other facilities.
Over 3.2 million square meters of real estate will be built here — a modern city block, including residential complexes, public, business and social facilities, including schools for 4,050 students and kindergartens for 1,775 children. The existing hotel complex with an area of 32.5 thousand square meters at the address: 1-ya Magistralnaya Street, Building 25 is planned to be preserved.
The implementation of the project will create over 35.5 thousand jobs.
The Moscow government has approved and is currently implementing 133 integrated territorial development projects (ITD) with a total area of about 1.5 thousand hectares. The projects plan to build over 30 million square meters of real estate. As a result, about 348 thousand jobs will be created.
