This year, on September 1, more than 2.7 thousand students of Rosneft classes in 20 regions of Russia went to school. Rosneft, within the framework of the corporate system of continuous education "School-College/University-Enterprise", cooperates with 203 educational partner organizations, including 56 schools, 65 colleges and 82 Russian and foreign universities.
The training in Rosneft-classes is conducted according to specially developed programs with in-depth study of mathematics, physics, chemistry and computer science under the guidance of the best teachers. Pupils of grades 10-11 demonstrate excellent knowledge, become winners and prize-winners of Olympiads of various levels.
As part of the expansion of the project, in the 2025 academic year, 10 additional specialized 9th grades will be opened in Samara, Novokuibyshevsk, Ryazan, Tyumen, Gubkinsky, Nefteyugansk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Votkinsk, Dudinka and Sorochinsk.
With the support of Rosneft subsidiaries, schools in the regions where the company operates were renovated by the start of the school year, and the material and technical base of colleges and universities was updated.
Thanks to Samotlorneftegaz, laboratories and classrooms in the Nizhnevartovsk Construction College and the Uray Polytechnic College have been equipped with the necessary equipment.
Vostsibneftegaz equipped the Krasnoyarsk College of Transport and Service with educational and laboratory equipment, and also renovated the conference hall in the Krasnoyarsk College of Welding Technologies and Power Engineering. RN-Vankor equipped laboratories, workshops and classrooms for training workers in the educational institutions supervised by the enterprise with modern equipment. Achinsk Oil Refinery renovated the living quarters of Achinsk Boarding School No. 3, where children with hearing impairments from different areas of Krasnoyarsk Krai study.
With the support of Samaraneftegaz, major repairs were carried out in schools in the villages of Pokhvistnevsky District, and technical re-equipment of classrooms in seven schools in Kinel-Cherkassky District of Samara Region was carried out. In Samara, a sports ground was equipped in School No. 29, interactive boards were purchased for School No. 41 and sound equipment for School No. 16.
Thanks to Udmurtneft, a school in Votkinsk has created a learning space equipped with modern equipment and software for working with information technology. The sports halls have also been renovated and equipped.
RN-Nyaganneftegaz, Tuapse Oil Refinery, Komsomolsk Oil Refinery, Ryazan Oil and Gas Complex and other enterprises took part in equipping colleges with equipment, with which a cooperation agreement was concluded within the framework of the federal project "Professionality".
Thanks to Yuganskneftegaz, eleven partner universities and five schools with Rosneft-classes were renovated, furniture was updated and equipment for laboratories, computers, printers, interactive boards and other things were purchased. In the Tyumen Technopark, RN-Uvatneftegaz created a multifunctional educational space, the infrastructure of which allows launching new educational programs, developing innovative technologies and exchanging experience.
Vostsibneftegaz, Udmurtneft, Kuibyshev Oil Refinery, Tuapse Oil Refinery purchased computers, multimedia equipment, laboratory equipment and furniture for the universities they supervise.
In addition, employees of Rosneft and its subsidiaries in the regions where they operate held festive events and congratulated schoolchildren on the start of the new school year.
Thus, on the eve of Knowledge Day, more than 1,300 Rosneft petrol stations presented young guests with colourful lesson schedules. In a number of Rosneft enterprises, parents of first-graders received additional financial support under collective agreements.
In Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, volunteers of RN-Yuganskneftegaz held a festive event in the city of Nefteyugansk for children left without parental care and temporarily living in the Solnyshko social shelter. The oil workers gave the children school supplies, clothes and other things necessary for the new school year.
In Moscow, employees of the central office of Rosneft, as part of the corporate program "Platform of Good Deeds", took part in the campaign "Let's Get the Children Ready for School", providing everything necessary for study to more than 500 children from family centers of the Moscow, Krasnoyarsk and Kaluga regions. The children were given backpacks, stationery, clothes and shoes.
As part of the "Let's Get a Child Ready for School" campaign, RN-Nyaganneftegaz employees donated orthopedic backpacks and craft kits to children with disabilities. All kits are designed to meet the individual needs of each child. Volunteers from SevKomNeftegaz and ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL donated school supplies to children in difficult life situations as part of the same campaign.
In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Tyumenneftegaz employees provided almost 200 children with disabilities, who are under the care of the Tyumen public organization "Special Child", with everything they needed for their studies. Employees of Kharampurneftegaz and the corporate scientific center in Tyumen donated school bags, stationery, and games to the Russian Children's Fund and the Boomerang of Good charity fund.
As part of the "Gift for School" campaign, Bashneft volunteers organized festive events for children from sponsored social institutions and presented them with gifts – school bags, stationery, school clothes, sports uniforms and shoes. In total, almost 700 children from more than 20 institutions received gifts for school.
In Krasnoyarsk Krai, volunteers from RN-Vankor and Vostsibneftegaz, as part of the Good Car Run campaign, presented children from low-income families and social organizations in the city with creative kits and school bags filled with stationery.
Employees of Samaraneftegaz, Orenburgneft, Saratov Oil Refinery, Kuibyshev Oil Refinery, Tuapse Oil Refinery, Achinsk Oil Refinery, Komsomolsk Oil Refinery, Novokuibyshevsk Oil Company, Angarsk Polymer Plant and other enterprises also helped children from sponsored orphanages, social and educational institutions get ready for school. Udmurtneft employees donated encyclopedias and fiction to children's institutions for extracurricular reading. Volunteers of Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery held a quiz event "For A's" for children from the I.E. Egorov boarding school in Novokuibyshevsk and donated stationery to the children.
Volunteers from RN-North-West organized a sports festive event for the children of the Vsevolozhsk Social Center, presented the children with school and sports clothes, stationery, educational and fiction literature, as well as sports equipment.

The corporate system of continuous education "School-College/University-Enterprise" has been developing in Rosneft since 2005. It is aimed at forming a young external personnel reserve from among schoolchildren and students in the regions of the Company's production activities, as well as at the constant growth of professional competencies of its employees.
