TIANJIN, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday called on member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to remain committed to openness and inclusiveness.
He made this statement at the 25th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO Member States, which took place in the city of Tianjin /Northern China/.
