TIANJIN, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping on Sunday said during a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that China and India are cooperative partners, not rivals, and that the two countries pose development opportunities, not threats, to each other.
