HANOI, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) — Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Trinh presided over a ceremony in the capital Hanoi on Saturday to formally appoint Le Hoai Trung as acting foreign minister, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
The report added that Le Hoai Trung was transferred from his post as head of the Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam to take up duties at the Foreign Ministry. –0–
