At the flagship center "My work" on Shabolovka Street (house 48) there is an ecosystem of entrepreneurship support at all stages – from finding an idea and registering a business to attracting the first clients and promoting the brand. Every resident of the capital can use the services.
"The Moscow Employment Service provides comprehensive support for the entrepreneurial initiatives of city residents. At the flagship center "My Work", residents are helped to implement business ideas: to register self-employment, individual entrepreneurship or LLC. The program includes consultations on starting your own business, training in entrepreneurial skills and assistance in finding clients. Together with partners, we not only provide legal support, but also help achieve stability: achieve profitability and competently scale up the business. Our goal is for every city resident to be able to implement their ideal entrepreneurial scenario," said the head of the Moscow Employment Service and the Center
"Professions of the Future" Andrey Tarasov.
The center's specialists provide comprehensive support at all stages. Visitors will be helped to understand the intricacies of starting a business, draw up a business plan, register the status of self-employed, as well as find the first clients and master the basics of product promotion.
Particular attention is paid to start-up support: choosing a business concept, financial and organizational aspects of running your own business. Entrepreneurs receive a step-by-step algorithm for starting a business, specific tools for its development, as well as the opportunity to make useful contacts and become part of the business community.
Over 50 percent of the capital's residents who started businesses with the center's support are mothers with small children. The most popular areas of their activity are connected with creativity and manual labor – this is the production of designer products, photography, culinary art, clothing design, make-up, cosmetology and consulting services.
Another 40 percent of Muscovites whom the center helped to start their own business are young people. Young people more often choose modern areas: digital technologies, including IT and artificial intelligence, tourism services, graphic design, nutrition and educational projects.
About 10 percent are older city dwellers who successfully apply their professional experience in modern business models. Most often, they realize themselves in the culinary arts and the creation of original hand-made products, and are also engaged in teaching activities: they look after children or become tutors.
To provide comprehensive support to entrepreneurs, the employment service cooperates with public organizations and state development institutions, educational centers and leading banks, marketplaces and services for the self-employed. This accelerates the launch of new business projects and helps to find the target audience faster.
As Sergei Sobyanin noted in the strategy for the development of the Moscow social protection system until 2030, the city offers every Muscovite and residents of other regions to improve their human resources potential and successfully integrate into the largest labor market of our country. To this end, the capital is creating a modern educational infrastructure for adults and children, offering a wide range of training programs, and such work will continue.
The Moscow City Employment Service is the largest state personnel operator helping residents of the capital find work. Its structure includes employment offices, many of which are located in the My Documents government service centers. The flagship centers are open at the following addresses: Kuusinen Street, Building 2, Block 1, and Shabolovka Street, Building 48. The specialized My Career employment center is located on Sergiya Radonezhskogo Street (Building 1, Bldg. 1).
At the Professions of the Future center (38 Shchepkina Street, Building 1), you can master one of 75 in-demand specialties in various sectors of the economy in a maximum of three and a half months. Career mentors will help you find a job after completing your training. The center's partners include more than three thousand employers. In addition, a comprehensive career guidance program is being implemented here for ninth-grade students.
