Moscow store owners regularly donate humanitarian aid to the special military operation (SVO) fighters. Its main part is food that can be stored for a long time. In addition, entrepreneurs constantly cooperate with charitable foundations – they transfer money to them or help send cargo to the front lines.

More than 250 packages of stewed meat, buckwheat and canned goods were collected for the fighters by the owners of nine supermarkets, construction and hardware stores in the Golyanovo and Kosino-Ukhtomsky districts. In addition, they donated instant noodles, cookies, chocolate, dried fruits, condensed milk, tea, coffee, sugar and water, as well as dishes.

In other areas of the Eastern Administrative District, they focused on canned fish and meat. Owners of chain supermarkets in Preobrazhenskoye donated hundreds of cans to the servicemen, including green peas and corn. Employees of grocery stores in Sokolniki collected a large amount of food for dry rations.

The owners of a hardware store in the Voykovsky District of the Northern Administrative Okrug regularly, about once every two months, deliver humanitarian aid to the combat zone through volunteers at the request of the troops. They often include protein bars and energy drinks, which help soldiers maintain concentration longer in difficult conditions, as well as fast food.

In addition, the employees handed over 300 food packages to refugees from the affected areas of the Luhansk People's Republic. They were joined by entrepreneurs from the Levoberezhny district, and in Zapadnoye Degunino and Vostochnoye Degunino, pots and ladles were added to the food. The pet store on Timiryazevskaya Street regularly provides financial support to the company delivering packages to the SVO zone.

Entrepreneurs of the Mozhaisk district of the Western administrative district transfer funds to charitable foundations and also send food and household packages.

In the North-Eastern Administrative District, the SVO fighters are being helped by owners of shopping centers, supermarkets, and even dry cleaners and laundries. Together, they have collected hundreds of kilograms of buckwheat, rice, pasta, flour, and sugar, bottles of sunflower oil and juice, cookies and fresh cakes, gingerbread, and cans of condensed milk.

Shop owners from the Kurkino district of the Northwestern Administrative District provided soldiers with tea and sweets. They sent dozens of boxes of cookies, soda water, instant coffee and candies to the front lines.

Entrepreneurs from the Biryulevo Zapadnoye district of the Southern Administrative District provided financial assistance to the funds cooperating with the troops. In addition, they collected food rations and sweet sets. In the Nagorny district, more than 500 packages of various cereals were put into the humanitarian aid – from rice to peas, as well as pasta, instant soups, canned meat, ready-made dinners and other long-term storage food.

The owner of a small shop in the Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye district personally regularly delivers parcels to the combat zone. Employees of seven shopping and entertainment complexes in Severny Chertanovo transfer funds through volunteer organizations.

The owners of a flower shop and a shopping center in the Southwestern Administrative District sent hundreds of kilograms of food products to the 1429th Guards Motor Rifle Regiment and the 177th Separate Guards Marine Regiment.

Since the first days of the special military operation, owners of Moscow stores, shopping centers, car dealerships and other service establishments, as well as Moscow restaurateurs, have regularly sent humanitarian aid to the combat zone. The parcels contain products that have a long shelf life: canned meat, fish and vegetables, tons of various cereals – from rice and buckwheat to pearl barley, pasta, as well as cookies, candies, chocolate and much more. In addition, entrepreneurs send personal hygiene products, medicines, seasonal clothing, including jackets, boots and thermal underwear, as well as building materials and even military equipment, including quadcopters and entire columns of cars.
