BEIJING, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) — The press center for the upcoming events to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War will open on Aug. 27.
The press center, located in the Beijing Media Center Hotel, will handle press accreditation and coordinate interviews for Chinese and foreign journalists.
The centre will also provide technical support, reference materials and assistance with event coverage queries.
