Moscow, August 19 /Xinhua/ — Russia does not reject any formats of work to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, including bilateral or trilateral negotiations, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
He noted that any contacts involving top government officials must be prepared extremely carefully and gradually, starting from the expert level.
