Rosneft continues to implement the program to modernize its retail network of gas stations, within the framework of which over 700 stations in 35 regions of the country have already been updated.

The development of roadside service and the improvement of the level of customer services provided at Rosneft filling stations is one of the Company’s priority areas of activity.

The updated petrol stations have a modern design and are distinguished by their technological advancement and comfort. Particular attention is paid to the expansion of services: new equipment, including coffee machines and devices for preparing hot dishes, has been installed in the café under the Zerno brand. Visitors are offered a varied menu: coffee, hot dogs, burgers, pastries and many ready-made dishes. Self-service checkouts, which save guests' time, create additional convenience. The Company is also developing a new customer service area at petrol stations – food trucks (mobile retail outlets).

Thanks to updated interiors and exteriors, as well as well-thought-out organization of space, customers' stay at Rosneft gas stations is becoming even more comfortable. The network renovation continues – by the end of 2025, every third Rosneft gas station will have an updated look and an expanded range of services.
