The following issues are planned to be considered at the meeting:
1. On amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2008 No. 450 (in terms of amendments to the Regulation on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation)
The draft resolution is aimed at clarifying the functions and powers of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture in the area of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals.
2. On the allocation of budgetary appropriations from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia in 2025 for the provision of subsidies from the federal budget to Russian credit institutions, international financial institutions and the state development corporation VEB.RF to compensate for lost income on loans issued to agricultural producers (except for agricultural credit consumer cooperatives), organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the production, primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) processing of agricultural products and their sale, at a preferential rate
The draft order is aimed at supporting the program of preferential lending to agricultural producers.
3. On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2004 No. 395
The draft resolution provides for the granting of powers to the Ministry of Transport of Russia to develop state policy and legal regulation in the field of transport and forwarding activities and to designate it as the operator of the national digital transport and logistics platform of the Russian Federation "GosLog".
4. On the allocation by the Ministry of Energy of Russia in 2025 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation of budgetary appropriations for the provision of a subsidy to the joint-stock company South-West Electric Grid Company
The draft order is aimed at implementing measures to restore distribution networks within the framework of the program of socio-economic development of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and the Kherson region.
5. On the allocation by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East in 2025 of budgetary allocations reserved in the federal budget for the provision of subsidies to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
The draft order is aimed at implementing in 2025 the activities of the social development plans of the economic growth centers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are part of the Far Eastern Federal District.
6. On the allocation of budgetary appropriations from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Russian Emergencies Ministry in 2025 for the provision of other inter-budget transfers from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
The draft order is aimed at reimbursing the expenses incurred in 2024 by regional budgets for the provision of one-time financial assistance to citizens of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and stateless persons permanently residing in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and the Kherson region, who were forced to leave their territories of permanent residence and arrived in the territory of the Russian Federation.
