BEIJING, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Friday stressed the need to firmly establish and implement the concept of "green mountains and emerald waters are priceless treasures" and called for efforts to write a new chapter in the annals of building an ecological civilization in the new era.
