The official website has published the program of the Vladivostok Seasons cultural festival, which will take place as part of the tenth, anniversary Eastern Economic Forum. The EEF will be held on September 3–6. The organizer is the Roscongress Foundation.

"The Eastern Economic Forum is not only a business program, but also a rich cultural program of world level. This is a whole complex of events under the brand of the cultural festival "Vladivostok Seasons", which includes concerts, theater performances, film screenings and exhibitions, specially organized for residents and guests of Vladivostok and forum participants. The regions have prepared a vibrant program at the exhibition "Far East Street". Vocal and dance groups, national ensembles will be presented. The performers will show through their performances what the Far East lives and is famous for, talk about their original culture and traditions, show how the cultural life of one region differs from others. And of course, we intend to develop cultural ties with friendly countries, because culture is another way to get to know and understand each other better," said Deputy Prime Minister – Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum Yuri Trutnev.

As part of the Vladivostok Seasons cultural festival, on September 4, guests and participants of the forum will be treated to a performance by Russian virtuoso pianist Denis Matsuev, accompanied by the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra, on the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.

On September 5, there will be an open fashion show of Far Eastern designers from Primorsky Krai, Amur Region, Khabarovsk Krai, Blagoveshchensk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Kamchatka. The program of the event also includes a discussion of the development of the fashion industry in the Far East, which will continue at the IV Russian Forum of the Design Industry in Moscow.

On September 6 and 7, the Vladivostok State Circus will host the show “Sand Tale” – a theatrical performance united by one storyline.

In addition, film screenings and a concert are planned as part of the “Soul of Russia” project.

"This year, the Eastern Economic Forum will be held for the tenth time, the anniversary one, and will traditionally serve as a platform for developing humanitarian ties between Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. The EEF cultural program is invariably focused on deepening contacts with international partners and demonstrating the rich creative potential of the Russian Far East. These events create space for a dialogue of cultures, opening up new opportunities for cooperation. I am convinced that the forum will continue to be not only an effective economic tool for the development of the Russian Far East, but also an important cultural event for residents and guests of the region," emphasized Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to the President of Russia and Executive Secretary of the EEF Organizing Committee.

From August 31 to September 6, an open-air cinema will be operating on Sportivnaya Embankment, where they will show films about the Great Patriotic War from the Cinema Fund, short films by Far Eastern filmmakers, and a discussion of the documentary film "RT.Doc" about the economy of new regions of Russia will take place.

During the forum, a series of thematic exhibitions are planned in Primorye museums. The Primorsky State Art Gallery will host the exhibition "Never Remove This Order…" from the State Hermitage collection, which will introduce visitors to the history of the country's main military award – the Order of the Holy Great Martyr and Victorious George, and the exhibition of graphics and painting "For the Sake of Life", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. The multimedia cultural and historical park "Russia – My History" will open an exhibition space "August 1945. The Last Chord of World War II", which will tell about the prerequisites and causes of the two-week war between the USSR and Japan, as well as the exploits of Soviet soldiers who contributed to the victory over militaristic Japan.

The main event of the cultural festival will be the gala concert "Pacific Beat" for residents and guests of the city with the participation of the best creative groups of the Far East, which will take place on September 6 on the Sports Embankment of Vladivostok.

The EEF will also traditionally host the exhibition "Far East Street", where all 11 regions of the Far Eastern Federal District will present their investment, tourism and cultural potential. During the forum, the exhibition will be available to its participants, and on September 7, 8 and 9 it will be open to everyone. The exhibition is organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Far Eastern Federal District.

A varied musical program is planned for the main stage of the exhibition, which traditionally includes performances by creative groups from the regions of the Far East.
