Tashkent, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) — The number of foreign citizens entering Uzbekistan for commercial purposes increased 3.4 times in the first half of 2025, local media reported on Wednesday, citing the National Statistics Committee.
According to the agency, 223.6 thousand foreign citizens entered Uzbekistan for business purposes in January-June 2025. This figure increased by 158.6 thousand people or 3.4 times compared to the same period last year. –0–
