Muscovites can follow events in their home and district using a personalized news feed on platformand in the mobile application "Electronic House". The system allows city residents to quickly receive up-to-date information in order to adjust their plans in advance, if necessary.
A personalized news feed is selected based on the address specified in the profile. If the user has several places of residence, he will see information on all houses and areas associated with them. You do not need to confirm your affiliation with the address, it is enough to log in to website or in the mobile application using Mos ID and add the desired street, house number and apartment in the “My Home” section.
What can you learn from the news feed?
In the news feed, city residents can see information about completed, ongoing or planned work in a building or in the district, about changes in public transport routes and road closures related to sports events or improvements. In addition, Muscovites can learn about upcoming events and activities nearby and receive useful recommendations on everyday issues.
Push notifications notify residents about planned and emergency power or water supply outages in the building, cleaning of the yard area, and meetings on issues of general meetings of owners. They are duplicated on the main page of the platform in the "Pay attention" section, which is located above the news feed.
In addition, city residents who have indicated their vehicle details in their personal account can receive notifications from the management organization about upcoming work in the yard and the need to repark the car.
How to set up a news feed
For your convenience, the user can customize the news feed. On the main page, you need to click on the filter icon at the very beginning of the news feed, and then select the preferred source of information: editorial "Electronic House", the management organization or “My District”.
To set up push notifications in the mobile application for each address, go to the "Notification settings" section located in the "More" tab and select the desired address, after which a list of available topics will open. By default, all notifications are enabled. Each user can disable some of them, leaving only the necessary ones, or turn off all notifications by pressing one button.
The Electronic House platform began operating in November 2020. Today, Electronic House helps Muscovites manage their homes online using a website or app. Platform users have the opportunity to promptly receive important notifications about events in the house, such as hot water supply outages or elevator repairs, report problems in the apartment, house, and yard to the management company, pay for utilities, transmit meter readings, communicate with neighbors in a chat, hold general meetings of owners electronically, and do much more.
The project is being developed by the State Institution “New Management Technologies” together with Department of Information Technology of the City of Moscow.
The use of digital technologies to improve the quality of life of city residents is in line with the objectives of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" and the Moscow regional project "Digital Public Administration".
