The Stock Market Section of the Rules for Conducting Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market and Credit Market of PJSC Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange on February 7, 2025 (Minutes No. 16), and in connection with the receipt of a letter from JSC Sberbank CIB on the cancellation of the placement of structural uncertificated bonds of the CIB-СО-871 series non-convertible with collateral interest of JSC Sberbank CIB, ISIN – RU000A109BM8 (hereinafter referred to as the Bonds), it was established that from 19:00 Moscow time on August 6, 2025, trading in the Bonds in the Trading Mode "Placement: Addressed Orders" will not be conducted.
