Investments in the implementation of the project are estimated at 13.7 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect is 505.7 million rubles. As a result, more than a thousand jobs will be created," Vladimir Efimov noted.
The site is located between Nizhnie Polya, Lyublinskaya and Pererva streets. Nearby are the Maryino and Bratislavskaya stations of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line, as well as the Pererva station of the second Moscow Central Diameter.
"The area of the scientific and production infrastructure, which is planned to be built on the site in the Maryino district, will be 74.48 thousand square meters. The project provides for the improvement of the territory and the organization of a convenient local street and road network. Well-designed roads and pedestrian communications will contribute to the efficiency of innovative production, as well as the safety of its workers and those around. The project is planned to be implemented within six years," said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital's Department of Urban Development Policy
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin made a decision on the comprehensive development of eight non-residential development sites in the districts Kuzminki and Solntsevo.
Within the framework of the KRT program, modern urban spaces are being formed in former industrial zones, inefficiently used and undeveloped areas. In the capital, 336 integrated development projects with a total area of over 4.2 thousand hectares are at various stages of development and implementation.
