Effective April 1, 2026, Boris Khaziev, who previously held the positions of Deputy General Director – Executive Director of JSC OAT and General Director of LLC DLZ, has been appointed General Director of PJSC NEFAZ, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkortostan.
Boris Khaziev was born on August 25, 1980, in Neftekamsk. In 2004, he graduated from the Izhevsk State Technical University with a degree in Welding Equipment and Technology.
He has extensive experience in various positions at NEFAZ PJSC. His career began during his student years as a mechanic in the paint and assembly shop. From 2004 to 2009, he rose through the ranks from foreman to deputy head of the production shop. From 2010 to 2012, he served as deputy director of dump truck production. In subsequent years, he held the positions of head of the bus paint shop and head of the assembly and welding shop. From 2016 to 2024, he served as Deputy General Director and Director of Production at NEFAZ PJSC. In July 2024, he was transferred to the position of Deputy General Director and Executive Director of JSC OAT, part of KAMAZ PJSC, where he worked until his new appointment.
Evgeny Korepanov, who has held the position of General Director of PJSC NEFAZ since August 2023, will continue his work outside the structure of PJSC KAMAZ.
