BEIJING, March 30 (Xinhua) — Shi Taifeng, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), called for more effective implementation of the significance of proposals from CPPCC members in the comprehensive building of a modern socialist country.
He made the call on Monday while attending a meeting to submit proposals put forward at the Fourth Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, which was held earlier this month.
