BEIJING, March 27 (Xinhua) — Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, said on Friday that only through negotiations can new casualties and damage be avoided, which will also help prevent the spread of the military conflict and restore normal shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
