Pyongyang, March 27 (Xinhua) — North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un held talks with visiting Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on Thursday, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.

"Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, and A. Lukashenko discussed a series of plans, including high-level reciprocal visits, and exchanged views on international and regional issues of mutual interest," the statement said.

The parties also signed agreements on cooperation in various fields, including diplomacy, information, agriculture, education and healthcare.

This is A. Lukashenko's first official visit to the DPRK. It lasted two days.
