URUMQI, March 26 (Xinhua) — The People's Government of Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Thursday announced the establishment of a new county, Cenling.
The new county, administratively subordinate to Kashgar Prefecture, was established with the approval of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council of the PRC.
Its administrative center became the village of Xinhua. -0-
