FRANKFURT AM MAIN, March 25 (Xinhua) — One woman was injured in a knife attack on a commuter train between Saarbrücken and St. Wendel in southwestern Germany's Saarland state on Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, a fight broke out between two people. The man allegedly attacked the woman with a knife and wounded her.
The suspect has been detained. The victim is receiving medical attention; the extent of her injuries is still unknown.
