A road will be built in the north of the capital that will connect the Third Ring Road (TTR) and Leningradsky Prospekt. Sergei Sobyanin announced this on his channel in MAX messenger.
"This will create an additional route for motorists and reduce the extra mileage when driving along the inner side of the Third Transport Ring toward Nizhnyaya Maslovka Street," the Moscow Mayor wrote.

The new road will run from the interchange at the Third Ring Road along the Smolensk line of the Moscow Railway past the Central Moscow Hippodrome to Leningradsky Prospekt.
