Beijing, March 20 (Xinhua) — China on Friday expressed serious concern over Mexico's possible so-called "economic security review" of Chinese investments, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said.
"China has consistently opposed any form of unilateral and protectionist measures, as well as the politicization, weaponization, and instrumentalization of trade and economic issues," the official said, commenting on Mexican media reports that Mexico plans to launch similar screening of Chinese investments. –0–
